On July 7th, all Pinnacle Communications e-mail users will be moved to a new server, increasing your online mailbox size from 20 MB to 1 GB. As part of this change, you will need to ensure the user name stored in your e-mail program includes your full '@pinncom.com' e-mail address. We have posted instructions on how to check this for various e-mail programs here. In some cases, you may receive duplicate copies of messages - this is a normal side effect of this server change.
