How To Check Your Email Address

(Microsoft Outlook Express specific, however most settings can be used for other clients)

Open Outlook Express
Go to 'Tools'
Select 'Accounts'
Click on the 'Mail' tab
Select the e-mail account, and click 'Properties'
On the 'Properties' window, select the 'Servers' tab
Ensure the 'Incoming mail server (POP3)' is pop3.pinncom.com, and the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' is mail.pinncom.com.
Under 'Incoming Mail Server', the Account Name should be your full e-mail address (for example, username@pinncom.com). Add '@pinncom.com' if necessary, then click 'OK'
Close the 'Internet Accounts' Screen

If you had to change the user name, then you will need to close and reopen Outlook Express for the changes to take effect.

Microsoft Outlook 2003:

Open Outlook
Go to 'Tools'
Select 'E-mail Accounts'
Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' and click 'Next'
Select the e-mail account, and click 'Change'
Under 'Server information', ensure the 'Incoming mail server (POP3)' is pop3.pinncom.com, and the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' is mail.pinncom.com.
Under 'Logon Information', the User Name should be your full e-mail address (for example, username@pinncom.com). Add '@pinncom.com' if necessary, and then click 'Next'
Click 'Finish'.

Microsoft Windows Mail (included with Windows Vista):

Open Windows Mail
Go to 'Tools'
Select 'Account Settings'
Select the e-mail account, and click 'Properties'
On the 'Properties' window, select the 'Servers' tab
Ensure the 'Incoming mail (POP3)' is pop3.pinncom.com, and the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP)' is mail.pinncom.com.
Under 'Incoming Mail Server', the E-mail Username should be your full e-mail address (for example, username@pinncom.com). Add '@pinncom.com' if necessary, then click 'OK'
