How To Check Your Email Address

(Microsoft Outlook Express specific, however most settings can be used for other clients)
- Open Outlook Express
- Go to 'Tools'
- Select 'Accounts'
- Click on the 'Mail' tab
- Select the e-mail account, and click 'Properties'
- On the 'Properties' window, select the 'Servers' tab
- Ensure the 'Incoming mail server (POP3)' is pop3.pinncom.com, and the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' is mail.pinncom.com.
- Under 'Incoming Mail Server', the Account Name should be your full e-mail address (for example, username@pinncom.com). Add '@pinncom.com' if necessary, then click 'OK'
- Close the 'Internet Accounts' Screen
If you had to change the user name, then you will need to close and reopen Outlook Express for the changes to take effect.
Microsoft Outlook 2003:
- Open Outlook
- Go to 'Tools'
- Select 'E-mail Accounts'
- Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' and click 'Next'
- Select the e-mail account, and click 'Change'
- Under 'Server information', ensure the 'Incoming mail server (POP3)' is pop3.pinncom.com, and the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' is mail.pinncom.com.
- Under 'Logon Information', the User Name should be your full e-mail address (for example, username@pinncom.com). Add '@pinncom.com' if necessary, and then click 'Next'
- Click 'Finish'.

- Open Windows Mail
- Go to 'Tools'
- Select 'Account Settings'
- Select the e-mail account, and click 'Properties'
